Locations in South Dublin, North Dublin, Cork and Galway

The ultimate antenatal package for expectant couples in their second or third trimester of pregnancy!

This class de-mystifies the journey through pregnancy by showing you what to expect through labour, birth and early parenthood.

The class is delivered by practicing midwives, who will ensure that you are fully prepared for the journey ahead, arming you with knowledge, confidence and peace of mind.

Fees for the full day are just €195 per couple

We are delighted to announce that you can claim 75%-100% back on this class via health insurance depending on your policy. Either the mother or partner’s policy will entitle you to the refund. We would be happy to calculate your refund entitlement for you.

If you’d like to pay in two manageable instalments, or have any queries about our insurance benefit, just pop us an email on [email protected]

What do I need to bring to the classes?

All you need to bring is yourself and your partner. We will provide you with a comprehensive set of notes, so that you have a point of reference for your pregnancy journey.

During the full-day antenatal class we will break for tea and coffee in the morning (that’s on us!) and for lunch in the afternoon you can either bring your own lunch or buy it in the hotel. Please wear comfy clothes!

What about my partner?

The classes are for both Mum and partner. This is a great way for the partner to feel more connected to the pregnancy, especially as they’re not the one physically carrying your little baby.

As well as preparing you for the journey from bump to baby, the antenatal class can help your partner know what to expect. They give your partner a better idea of what is going to happen to you during delivery and of complications that could arise.

This can help them to stay calmer as you give birth, so they are better able to truly be there for you when you need it most. Antenatal classes also give your partner a chance to voice concerns that they may not want to worry you with.
